When available you may select one of the following three delivery methods during checkout:
Standard Delivery (WHERE OFFERED): Royal Mail* - We aim to deliver within 7 working days / FREE or £3.95 (orders under £50)
Express Delivery (WHERE OFFERED): DHL Express/Royal Mail*- We aim to deliver within 4 working days / £5.95 or £9.95 for larger, bulky items
Saturday Delivery (WHERE OFFERED): Up to 1am Saturdays* / £9.95
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR UK DELIVERIES:
*ALL ORDER TIMES DEPENDENT ON RM STRIKES OR OTHER INDUSTRIAL ACTION. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ORDERS PLACED PRIOR AND DURING PERIODS OF INDUSTRIAL ACTION MAY FACE DELAYS OF UP TO 7 DAYS FROM OUR EXPERIENCE.
Before placing your order, please note:
- If you place your order before 1pm on Monday to Friday it will be dispatched by our couriers, to arrive within 4 working days (Express Delivery) or 7 days (Standard Delivery) and will arrive between 8am and 5pm or if Saturday Delivery is chosen, between 8am and 1pm.
- We cannot specify a particular delivery time within the 8am-5pm window (8am - 1pm Nextday/Saturday Delivery).
- Express Delivery is not available to the following postcodes - HS1-9, IV1-56, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH19-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3, AB 31, 33 - 38, 44, 45, 51-56, BT, IM, JE, GY
- We reserve the right to suspend refunds for non-delivered items until our carriers have confirmed that the order is lost.
After your order has shipped:
- The delivery address may not be changed.
- You may track your order from our couriers website using a unique tracking number which will be emailed to you.
- If nobody is available at the delivery address to sign for the delivery, the driver will leave a card through your door with details of how to collect your parcel from the depot, or how to arrange for re-delivery
- If your order is returned to us we will automatically re-send it free of charge up to a maximum of two times. If after this the delivery is still unsucessful we will contact you to arrange alternate delivery arrangements.
